Jan Thoreson

I grew up on a farm by McHenry, ND. I received my associates degree in accounting from NDSCS, Wahpeton, ND. I have been involved in the agricultural industry all my life. My husband Ron and I farm south of Valley City, ND, where we raise crops and cattle with our sons. We have two sons and a daughter. I have been selling insurance for 30+ years. I enjoy helping customers protect their agriculture and ranch operation investments by giving them the best service possible. My primary expertise is in crop and hail insurance.  In my spare time I enjoy traveling, reading, cross-stitching and spending time with our family.

Ann Young

I grew up on a farm south of Valley City and attended Kathryn Public School and Valley City High School.  I also graduated from Valley City State University.  I've spent nearly the last 25 years working within the North Dakota University System.  About 14 at Valley City State University and 11 years at North Dakota State University.  My husband Paul and I live south of Valley City.  We have two grown kids, whom live in Kansas City.  I enjoy gardening and crocheting.  We enjoy traveling adventures and spending time with family and friends. I'm new to the insurance industry but am excited to get back to my roots of rural America and look forward to learning insurance so that I can help you in managing some of your financial risks through insurance.
